We accept insurance and we assist you by billing your insurance company for you.  We are a participating provider for most major medical insurance plans.  Please call our office and we would be happy to verify your benefits.

We also accept insurance related to personal injury and auto accidents.

Payment Options

We accept payment with credit card Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express, as well as, personal checks and cash. We also offer an interest-free payment plan if that is more convenient for you.
